Welcome to MindLock. These Terms govern your use of our mobile app and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MindLock, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your country, to use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for app groups, quiz settings, unlock rules, answers, and data you submit.
• MindLock is a self-control and productivity tool, not medical, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Screen Time Permissions

MindLock may request Screen Time, Family Controls, notification, and Live Activity permissions. Some features may not work without them.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, features, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by MindLock or its licensors.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed through Apple or another applicable provider and are non-refundable unless required by law or store policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." MindLock is not liable for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
