MindLock ("we," "us," "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use MindLock.

1. Information We Collect

• Account, support, and bug report information you choose to provide.
• Quiz answers, selected settings, preferences, unlock sessions, and progress data.
• Device, app version, diagnostics, crash, performance, push notification, and Live Activity token data.
• Purchase and subscription status through Apple and RevenueCat.

2. Screen Time and Family Controls

MindLock uses Screen Time and Family Controls permissions to shield selected apps and websites. We do not read private messages, feeds, photos, passwords, or in-app content.

3. Use of Information

We use information to provide app shielding, quizzes, unlock sessions, subscriptions, reminders, support, security, analytics, debugging, and legal compliance.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payment, notification, and support providers, or when required by law.

5. Retention and Rights

We retain information as needed for the Service and legal obligations. Depending on your jurisdiction, including Kazakhstan and other applicable laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law.
